Elliott’s Auctioneers and Valuers have decided to reach out and use the internet to create an online marketplace for their buyers and sellers. They came to us and asked us how we could help them sell online. Having used eBay they wanted to take greater control of their brand and their auction offering by running their own auction website.
Our software has provided them with the opportunity to talk to a wider range of suppliers across the region as a whole. By providing an extended sales channel they are able to provide a more comprehensive auction service.
The advantages of creating their own auction website means they can take greater control over costs, marketing and the features they offer bidders. The internet provides many opportunities and being able to react to those opportunities was one of the motivating factors in setting up their own site.
